This beautiful Tuscan home is designed for families & friends to spend time together. Whether its a BBQ by the pool, a day at the beach, an afternoon by the fire, this place is assured to provide some fantastic memories.

The gardens are well kept with a sprawling green lawn & a touch of a Joshua Tree vibe as you make your way around the property. There is plenty of space for children to play, both on the patio or by the pool.

The space

The home itself is made up of 3 bedrooms with ensuites, a nice kitchen and a triple sized lounge and dining room. The open space living area is what makes the home as it has a fireplace for the winter months and it opens out onto the back patio and pool during the summer. Its truly a fantastic and comfortable space which brings people together.

There is a patio area all around the home, an outdoor kitchen and both the patio areas and pool side are well furnished with tastefully selected bamboo furniture and brand new cushions. Whether you want to hang by the pool in the evenings or by the patio, you are assured to find a comfortable space to relax.

As you are surrounded by lush green hills and Tuscan countryside we went ahead and put fly screens on all the windows and doors around the home to help keep unwanted little visitors out. The property is also fully fenced in for extra security and privacy.

The beach is only a 5 minute drive away, there you can rent beds and umbrellas to spend the day by the sea. Or visit the famous Giardino dei Tarocchi (The Tarot Garden) to view Art amongst the forest.

Guest access

The whole property. Fully fenced in and private.
There may be days when the gardeners or pool cleaners come past, we will always tell you in advance if this is happening.

Reasons why you should choose this apartment with our agency.
1.All bed covers are cleaned and washed after every guests (amazingly this is not common practice by our competition).
2.Decorative cushions and curtains are regularly washed.
3.We have a of cleaners, if anything is not up to standard, all you have to do is contact us and we will organize the team to come back and fix the issue.
4.If you have any issues with the property you can always contact one of our agents either by message or call, as we provide the phone numbers of our team at the check in.
5.We do this job professionally so it’s important to us that our guests have a great experience in Rome, we are always contactable and we have the resources to fix most issues that can arise.
6.Gardner or Pool cleaner may have to visit the property while guests are staying. Please note that this cannot be prevented and that you will be advised in advance if they have to drop past for an hour (this happens once a week).
