This beautiful property situated by the Circeo lighthouse "il Faro" is a little hidden paradise. A family summer home within a gated community, with private gardens, terraces and access to a large condominium swimming pool and the ocean.

The space

This 7 bedroom, 4 bathroom beach house can comfortably sleep 13 guests. This family home built on 3 levels has been designed around bringing people together, whether its eating with a view on the terrace looking at Ponza, or making pizza with your children on the back patio, there is something for everyone.

If you are not relaxing in the gardens or looking out over the islands, there is a large condominium pool which you can use, only if you are a guest of the Condo. This area also has private 'ocean access' and each home is given a specific area on the rocks for them to use. Beds and umbrellas are provided by the condo for your comfort.

The home itself has 6 evenly sized rooms with queen beds (or twin beds ) and 1 smaller room with a single bed and a bathroom (suited for a child/ teenager).
Some of the rooms have AC, while the others have ceiling fans, however being this close to the coast, the weather cools down a lot overnight and its quite pleasant to sleep in any room.

The kitchen was built by a famous italian chef which assured me it is stocked with everything one would need ...and after controlling it, i think he was right !

Guest access

2 Parking spaces- otherwise you can park on the road
The home and gardens around it are fenced and private.
The condominium pool is for the whole condominium, which is made up of 6 homes and looked after by the caretaker.
The ocean access is via the swimming pool and only for the condo. Ask which area is yours when you check in :)
